We welcome up to 2 pets per apartment home. We accept cats and dogs. There is a $40 monthly pet rent for pets 49 lbs and under and a $50 monthly pet rent for pets 50 lbs and over. There is a $200 refundable pet deposit and a $300 non-refundable pet fee per pet. No weight restrictions. No exotic animals, such as birds or reptiles. Call Leasing Office for more details.
